This is a FISHING SUPPORT HARNESS it is also called a pole or rod end support. This is a wrap-around apron with a belt buckle it has two pockets one on each side of the support cup for convenient utility storage such as ( hooks and sinkers ect.) It is made of heavy duty canvas type webbing it is made by the Izerline International Co its ID no. is AL-150. it has been used but its in excellent condition.
