This is a brand new NYX Jumbo soft eye pencil. The picture is a bit rough so I would look this up for the proper color. Its 623A Purple Velvet, very nice Jumbo size to hold on to and the color is rich, Never used. Received for my birthday just this month and not my color....I NEVER used it so it is brand new! I stand behind ALL my products!Happy bidding
