When I bought it all it said was natural fibers so I imagine it's a plant material , it's a good stiff brush , it's not an animal hair brush so soap cakes are great with it

I wouldn't expect much from a $2 razor, I'm more of an aspiring DE aficionado but are these razors really aggressive?

It worked great the one time I used it , no it's not a high dollar razor but it worked just fine , this is a basic set up for someone , who like me would use this when not at home or if they just want to give it a shot and see if it's right for them .

No sir it's open and on the counter in the picture , and yes it a tad aggressive it's about the same as a five on my fat boy , I bought this razor in a small shop , I didn't want to take my fave razor on vacation with me , you know how stuff gets lost and missed place right ! But thanks , yeah it's not a merkur or feather razor

I also had a question about Ballenclaugh soaps after some searching I did find the page on weebly's "free internet store" site, and it has one product listed, multiple broken links in it's store section including the one labeled "shave soaps" I had to click the googled internal link to get to a page listing the one product it has for sale. I'm not accusing anyone but the site seems fishy to me.
