I use boiled eggs in so many different recipes but before I found this method, unless they were going to be chopped up, I would make my husband peel them. I didn't want to go to my in-laws with deviled eggs because my poor,poor eggs always looked like the egg on the right (usually much worse) once I cracked and peeled them myself. I have found out a way to make PERFECT & EASY TO PEEL boiled eggs every single time and they taste delicious just like the beaten and battered, hard to peel boiled eggs. .
This is so simple and you do NOT add anything to your water.
