The good thing about this dress is that you can tie the should tighter to make it shorter. I really don't know how to measure the length. But I'm 5'4" and it come to the middle of my thighs with tieing it loosely. I really do think it would be just fine on you.

True to size about a size 10 but it has stretch in the top so it could be wore as a med/large. I hope that this helps
