Very nice LG Scoop it works perfectly but the screen is scratched up a little....
you can get a plan for it or just use the pre-paid plan already on it and just add minutes to it...

no there is no sim card...it used to go with alltell but since verizon bought the alltell company it goes with the verizon stuff now...you can use the verizon pre-paid cards on it.

when you put the verizon time card on it its 10 cents a min during the day and free at night and texting is always free....i dont know what it charges for the web cause i've never used it

no i wont ship to canada...and yes verizon bought alltell not at&t..i know this bcuz i used this phone for 4 years and i've bought hundreds of verizon cards to refill my account on it.
