I paid 59.99 +tax for this case. Okay onto the important stuff. This case is for the iPhone 5. It will work for the 5s however, you will not be able to use the fingerprint scanner. If you don't mind, then it will work great! I bought this case not thinking about that part, as I own a 5s. I got home took it out of the box and put it back in as I was going to take it back to the store and get one compatible with the fingerprint scanner.
Months have passed and I still have it, so I'm listing it! So, it will work for the 5s. Just not with the fingerprint scanner. Anyways, I opened it back up to take photos for you. It is a very nice case. Really rugged. The case itself is 3 parts. A hard shell which is 2 pieces (front and back) then a rubber shell that goes over it. There are port covers on the sides, and bottom this case is not "waterproof" but it is really close looking to the lifeproof case. It also has a nice clip for your belt. And there is a sticker! Lol. Military passed case, can take a 12ft drop. If you need a super tough case, this is for you!

Gin is there for those who cannot wait till auction end. I will not lower the days or the gin. My gin's are always a little bit more then what the items retail value is. The reason is because listia takes 10% out. And to make it worth it, I add more credits...

Ballistic cases are very nice. I have one for my blackberry curve. I really liked it Protected the phone very nicely. Probably equal to the letterbox in quality and strength Who ever wins this item will have a very nicer case

I have one now that is compatible with my 5s. I love it. It is like the otterbox commuter cases. This one in the listing is more like the defender series. But I would rate it closer to a lifeproof case. Minus the waterproofing.

Honestly I have no idea. It is an iPhone 5 case, so if you can use iPhone 5 cases, I imagine it will work.

iPhone 5/5s cases are not compatible with the iPhone 5c. The shapes are completely different.

The backs of the iPhone 5/5s are shaped differently then the 5c. The 5/5s are squared and the 5c are rounded on the edges

The 5/5s and the 5c iPhones are NOT compatible with each other when it come to using the same cases. Yes they are both rectangle but they are shaped a bit differently, as was said above. So they do not use the same type of cases.
