Seeing this lunch box brings back memories of my kindergarten year! I'm 34 now (lol) so kindergarten was a long time ago! Many great memories for me! I LOVED Strawberry Shortcake! I was given up for adoptin while I was in 2nd grade, and all things I loved were no longer in my possesion. I will keep an eye on this! I hope you have other S.S. items!

Omg i was born in 82 and my 1st birthday cake was a homemade by my beloved grandma i was a real groupie i still get so excited when i see the original ss the more modern one is cute but the first one was so girlie and sweet i remember the lil figurines my nana used to bring home smelled like actual strawberries i was so amazed by that its funny how the lil things bring so much joy! i also have a peanuts and oh a carebears who didnt love carebears they were the bomb ill be listing them once i get

I was also born in 82.. I remember having a lunch box just like this when I was in grade school. aww man, to hear you say vintage makes me feel old lol I also had a rainbow brite one.. man I miss those original cartoons. The new ones just don't seem the same.. Like the first care bears.

Oh yes- this ss lunchbox will sell! lol. I LOVE it! I was raised by my grandparents, and this was my lunchbox in kindergarten... It was so important to me then! I liked carebears then too, but not like ss! I also was a HUGE fan of Annie! I LOVED the original movie of Annie. I was I was in kindergarten in 81/82, so I feel VERY old compared to you ladies! lol. Born in 76, but at least it was a good bicentenial year! lol. I hope your auction does well. I am watching, because I want a little bit of my childhood back again. Fan me, I fanned you too!
