Excellent dog collar size medium, New Earth brand, earth friendly constructed of bamboo fibers. I purchased two of these for my dachshunds who weigh 14 and 16 pounds, and though they fit them perfectly I couldn't get either of my dogs to wear them, so I have two of these listed. I no longer have the tags or paperwork that came went with them but I paid $18.99 plus tax from our local pet store. free ship (the "model" in the picture is not included, lol)

It's mostly for dogs that pull on their collars badly and make themselves choke, mine do which is why I bought them but they are stubborn and wouldn't wear them,lol

I have a medium dog with 20" neck, but how far (inches) will these let out around & etc? Due to a neck injury, she can no longer wear a regular collar. TY

I let out the straps as far as it would go and it measures 16" around the neck/chest area but keep in mind that it fits more on the chest torso than neck in order to keep the dog from choking themselves when you're walking them. Hope this helps.
