ya its unlocked:) idk how to lock or unlock phones and alltell is the carrier and u can put it on prepay too with a 25 doller activation fee which gets you free talk, text, and web for a whole month and free weekends:)

you would have to take it to alltell and tell them you want it switched to pre pay and they will do it all for ya you don't have to worry about cards cuz you just renew it with alltell with your pre pay.
