FREE: Wet Seal size small

size small
measures 14.5 inches from "pit 2 pit"
and from top of upper lace to bottom of lace hem measures 24 inches
adjustable straps
there is a very small snagged area in which the lace has come apart from the lower bodice of shirt (would seriously take 3 or show stitches to look new again) ..i do not have an exact match in thread colors or would sew it myself .....see the last picture where i have to point to the area to even notice it
