No, I have a shirt like what you are talking about on here, got them at the same time and they are totally different. this one has more room and depends on your bust size and the shorts are true to size, no spandex!.............hope this helps.........happy bidding if you are!

The top you are referring to is more like the little girl's dresses I'm sure we have all worn with the tie shoulders and the elastic top part? if you do, that is what this top is! and yes with what you said I think it would fit rather flatting on you!
