Description

The listing, Hirens repair tools boot disk has ended.

Hiren's BootCD (also known as HBCD) is a bootable software CD containing a number of diagnostic programs such as partitioning agents, system performance benchmarks, disk cloning and imaging tools, data recovery tools, MBR tools, BIOS tools, and many others for fixing various computer problems. HBCD can be considered a valuable tool for use in troubleshooting and recovery of computers.
As it is bootable, the operating system of the computer does not need to be available for the tools to be usable. The only thing required is that the computer is able to run Microsoft Windows and Linux (Performance wise, but it does not have to have either of these systems installed at the time of use). Some of the tools are also available when the operating system is already started.

Uses:
There are many tools on this CD some common uses are password resets, data recovery (connect external hard drive and run Linux or other OS to copy all you data to external drive) Also Hard Drive repair, if your computer never boots or if it is restarting itself in a (forever boot loop) most likely need the hard drive scanned and repair. These are just a few examples of what this CD can do. There is much more that you can see below.
