FREE: Tulip Transfers

Iron on transfers create beautiful shaded fashion designs. (what the packages says). They are black shaded and then you paint them using tulip lite, soft paints. I would imagine any cloth paint would work. The transfer shades show through the paint to define the outlines. I have 1-Spring bouquet, 1-honey bear, prancing pony, 1- panda bear, 1-whale/seal, 1- circus fun with clown and elephant, 1- tiger, 1- pup and kitten, 2-ducks and bunny. You get them all. Am moving and need to get rid of some items. New only opened one package to look at instructions. I know the pictures did not turn out real well. If you need better ones I can try and email them.
