You can't do that you have too ship for free regardless because you have bids and and have it listed with free shipping you can't change terms once a bid has been placed you should have put winner pay exact shipping then noted below if it gets 12k will ship for free

Hey don't you have to set the shipping of what you want instead of saying free shipping if it hits 12k? Technically you set out to free shipping so you have to send for free no matter what it gets to...right?
