Love the glitters! :) I wear glitter almost everyday for work(:..but, i have a question about the "Twin Cake" powder. Its a translucent, or is it a skin tone compact?

I thk its a skin compact like a pressed powder I guess I never opened it to see the color I just kno its in pale
