I had a 1937 Boy Scout Of America knife from he National Jamboree In Finland. It was the last year of Finland participation as WW 2 broke out across Europe until the end of war. I sold it a few years ago to a large BSA collector. I used this book that ultimately lead to the identification of the knife. It is very imformative
