This is a total body work out. I got it thinking it would help me work out. But........I do at lot at work and don't want to work out at home lol. So I thought someone else would be able to get better use of this. I only used disc 1 once. Lol There are no scratches and all guides and calendars do not have any writing on then. It is brand new.
