I am bed and wheel chair bound getting to the post office is next to impossible they don't allow stretchers and my power wheel chair is too big for the van/bus they have for us disabled people. So I really need stamps. I often use them to pay for shipping on Items I win at auction when they allow me.

well i would work it out for the handicap on any shipping of my Auctions i don't see why anyone else could not do the same. yes i am also handicap but i can still go out
