No. I can clear everything of mine off of it and you'll be able to use it as you wish. I've used it with a few of my sales reps and have had no problem switching it to a new number or deleting and adding contacts and such.

It does have memory card slot, I'm pretty sure it is Bluetooth capable but will not be able to check for sure until Monday mornin, as it is at my office.
