What is the game mostly about?

it's set in a post-apocalyptic washington d.c. where you meet up with mutants, ghouls, raiders and other dangerous creaturesas you try to survive in the Wastelands. lots of shooting, squashing, and blowing up creatures as you work your way through the game. lots of action and lots of blood and gore. it's a great game...bid on it and if you win you won't be disappointed...jody

the pic you found says "game of the year" which is supposed to include all the extra stuff they released over the last couple years. the original game is missing all that downloadable content (DLC).
