In the first picture the side pockets are pink. However, in the 5th and 6th pictures the side pockets are gray!!

Hi, again, the crossbody strap is grey, not pink. I don't know where you're getting the color pink from, as this stunning purse is red, black and grey. There is no pink anywhere! Hope that helps clarify things for you! Maybe you're seeing a reflection or something.
