--Planting : Sow directly in garden early spring or late summer for fall/winter harvest. For transplants, start indoors 4wks. before setting out. Grows best in rich soil and plenty of moisture. When you begin to see the heads (about 3in. across) bring leaves together around head to cover them. Tie leaves with any type of twine (securely) so heads may grow inside of leaves to protect from sunlight.

Seed Depth:1/4", Seed Space:18", Sprouts in 7-14 days, Matures in 65 days.

*NOTE: Sunlight to heads may produce yellow or green heads with unpleasant tasting cauliflower.

--Harvest: Very cold tolerant. Days to harvest are from setting out transplants. Make sure you cut off head where it attaches to plant, keep leaves around head to protect.
