I don't have a bank account hence the reason my bank account info is not verified nor do I have PayPal. I'm a good seller with good feedback.

You need a physical account if you want an unlimited PayPal account to send and receive money from otherwise there is a limit put on your account until it is verified by a physical back account. Then PayPal lifts your spending limit. Paypal can suck my big toe:-)
