***Mild, Quick Growing***
This is a quick growing Mustard Green that is milder than most. Enjoy it fresh from the garden in salads or on sandwiches or use it as a cooked green and it becomes mildly sweet with a distinct flavor combination of spinach and mustard greens. For eating fresh it has its best flavor when picked young, however if you prefer it cooked let it grow and you will get huge leaves with thick juicy stems similar to celery stalks. This Mustard variety is high in vitamins A,B, and C as well as many trace elements.
Unlike many of the other seeds I offer I did not produce these seeds in my garden, I bought way too many packs for the space I ended up with after planning my upcoming garden. They are an old Heirloom Variety and are not GMO. As always I will include seed starting instructions.
