if you read the directions and do it correctly,,,it gently puts nutrients back into your hair and scalp...its really good for damaged hair,and it feels so good!!!! its also good to use even if ur hair is normal,,,u put the tube in a cup of hot water and then squeeze into ur hair and massage thru,,,,,,,,,
