As most of my friends will tell you, I am a writer. I think the book I've written that I'm most proud of is Myra's Garden. The main heroine, Myra is a character inspired by my own grandmother. The character, ( and my grandmother,) were both renowned cooks. Much of what I learned in the kitchen was learned under her watchful eye. This recipe was sought after by everyone who ever tasted it. I will send this recipe intact, altho I will also give substitutions for certain things that work nearly as well as the original for those who are concerned about cholesterol.
