beautiful small porceline dutch shoe delft blue sailboat with windmills in background design handpainted signed delft Holland and numbered perfect cond. I do believe it is an ashtray due to the 2 blue indents by the heel area that would cradle a cigarette. nice crackling to the glaze a real nice collector piece meas. 4 1/2" long by 2" tall by2" wide
