Title says brand new in package with tag, description says shows no stains or signs of wear. So, just to confirm.... This is new never been opened never been used?

You are correct! I just slipped it out of the protective plastic sleeve long enough to take clear pictures of it and put it back into the plastic immediatley afterwards!! My little one is almost 20 months and I just got this, so I had no need for it. I used a boppy pillow when I had her.
