I have found quite a few items that I wanted on free sites after I had won them on here. But just because you find something on a free site does not mean that the person listing it got it from that site. I'm not saying they didn't but I'm not saying they did either. There is one person who took apart a book and is auctioning the individual patterns over and over again. And it is a current copyright. I know this because I own the same book. It is my understanding that the copyright has to be current and not expired. I may be misunderstanding this but that is the way I understood it to work.

I had some patterns from a collection that I had scanned into ebooks. I offered them on here for digital delivery and Listia deleted them and told me they were against the rules! If I see they let yours end with a winner you can betcha I'll be listing move again. At least I bought and paid for mine a one point and not just copied and pasted text from a website! Fanned and watching!

I understand. I had one on here that the copyright was 1911 and the company is out of business. They took it down with out asking me about it.
