Description

The listing, 14 Antique Primitive Bone Buttons has ended.

These buttons measure 9/16" across and are made of bone, most likely cow bone. They are called "fish eyes" because of the two large holes in the center, and were made during the 1800's. Their most common use was on Union Suits, which were one-piece cotton undergarments that were like our modern long John's/thermal underwear. Great for historic reenactment costumes, Primitive-style crafts, or just for collecting.

Free shipping is within the US only, tracking will be included.
