In this auction is an adorable infant girls' terry-lined swim diaper! Size small (13-18 lbs.)

It's too small for my 1-1/2 year-old. It fit her last summer.
It is clean, without stains. Well-made with no rips or tears.
The brand is "Wee Wave™"
It is light blue with a white, blue, yellow, and fuchsia tropical hibiscus pattern. It has two rows of ruffles on each hip.
I believe these are meant to be worn in lieu of a disposable swim diaper, however my daughter wore a disposable swim diaper under this one, because last summer I was a new mom who did not know the purpose of the terry cloth lining. LOL
