Im new to this site, & this is my first posting. This is a Women's 70's dress. Size 8. Lightly used(as in I wear it once for Halloween 4 years ago) i live in a pet friendly house. If the bid goes above 3000 I will do free shipping. Not vintage, laundry series by Shelli segal. Made of 92% polyester 8% spandex. Does stretch.

Is this free shipping in the US? What type of fabric is it? Stretch? Also since it's vintage, could you measure this? This is really cool!
