What can I say, it is Microsoft Windows 7, Home Premium. It has been on the shelf. I figure somebody could get some use out of it.

fanned and watching..i think i hate windows 8 >_< i had this on my laptop but never had the disc for it or i think id put it on my pc. just making sure. but it comes witht he key for it right?

Yes, the picture of the seal I believe has the key you mention. Plus I expect it will be on a document inside. I am the original purchaser, so like the chain of evidence in a cop show or the TSA when flying I have never let it out of my sight.

Answering both questions (1) no, seal is not broken, it's why I included the picture of it (2) checking the box says "system requirements" 32bit or 64bit, so I assume both are on the disk.
