The following is a review of this book. It's a hardback. On the back it says: Highlights the socialists, suffragettes and inventors who changed our world, etc I find these kind of books very interesting and useful especially for kids writing papers but I have way too many books!
The 20th century was hailed with great excitement, technological breakthroughs meant huge progress in travel, industry, entertainment and communication. But new nations, new political movements and old aggressions brought tension and war in Europe was suddenly a reality.
