FREE: Black and white capri stretch pants

These are brand new i have never worn them because they are tagged my sizes but they are smaller then what i wear.
The tag says they are xl but they were bought from rue 21 and anyone whos bought clothes from there knows they run a little smaller then what the tag says so these would be more of a large then an extra large.
They are 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
