The listing, Raspberry Pi starter kit has ended.
This is a Raspberry Pi starter kit consisting of 4 pieces (1) the Pi itself model B (comes already assembled) (2) red case left rear in first picture (3) power supply for the Pi and (4) 32 GB memory chip. Smallest recommend memory is 8GB. Second picture shows where various connections are.
You will need an HDMI cable and USB for whatever you want to attach. There is a network socket, but you can run a USB hub and put a wireless network interface in the hub. You will have download a zip file for the OS, it's easy. The Pi boots a flavor of Linux.
You can do an Internet search for it. There are several available. One notable one comes as a zip file, you unzip and "image copy" to a memory chip. When the chip boots, you get a menu offering a series Linux OSes, recently puppy Linux has joined the list of choices.
Essentially, your intended use will guide your OS choice. For instance, last July I had a pi setup with XBMC running under Linux and about 3 Terabyte drive with movies.
As a BONUS, I am going to include En Ocean Pi 315. It came from Element14.com. The description on the box reads, "Raspberry Pi based gateway for energy harvesting wireless networks". It looked interesting to me when I bought it, but I don't know any more about it.
