The listing, Vintage Green 4-Strand Bead Necklace has ended.
Stunning! Vintage (1950/1960) 4-strand green bead necklace, unsigned. This is a special eye-catching necklace sure to make a statement!
I think photo 1 shows the colors the best. The 2 strands closest to the neck are a light jade-green, followed by 1 strand of medium green then 1 dark green strand. Beads have swirled coloration (photo 5); large beads in the center and smaller beads toward the clasp. Each larger bead is separated by a tiny green bead.
The shortest strand is 13" from bead to bead and 15" from one end of the clasp to the other.
Hook style gold tone clasps are decorative and kind of reminds me of a snake pattern.
This is a beautiful, statement-type necklace in excellent condition. I always recommend that vintage necklaces be re-strung just to be safe - I have worn this necklace without incident, though. This is another necklace from my grandmother's jewelry box.
The necklace is vintage and has been worn, so is sold "as is." Please look at the pictures carefully. I have not found any discolored or damaged beads. Please ask all the questions you'd like. I will add more photos if you ask.
Sorry, GIN is not available for this auction. The display neck is not included.
