oh great my mom needs this bad! Her laptop doesn't have a sd card slot so it's hard for her to transfer her pics to computer so she needs this great auction!

I was going to toss this in the trash and its nice to have others that want this stuff and less stuff in a landfill and happy people so everyone wins... I just hope I get enough "credits" to cover shipping.. I was never a fan of free shipping I always liked to break even. :-)

If it's small enough just do like I do put it in a regular envelope and ship it with a stamp. I sent off a plastic halloween candy jar for less than 3.00 and I just won a stainless steel silver watch and it came in a regular small envelope with a couple of stamps on it. I was like wowwww, this is great! Well.....happy bidding!

ROFL!!! Do you have a cell phone? Or in your camera, does it have a place to put one of those little cards that you can save your pictures to? Or have you ever seen the SIM card that some of the phones have? This is a reader/writer for those tiny little cards. There are other kinds of little cards with big storage like those...it reads em all!

so my guess is that this would work on my camera card or my cell phone card or well just about any of those cards I have around... I have a slot in my keyboard where I put them all and my laptop has a reader in it also so I still have no use for it. LOL but good to know what it would be for. i never really thought about it but i guess if i looked closer i could have figured it out. lol

Soooo....the newer computers and radios like the one I just won on here are coming with the slots and readers built in. The thing you have listed lets you use those cards on the older ones that only have a USB port. So, for example with the aforementioned radio, i can take almost my entire record collection if i really want to with me instead of a bunch of cd's and cassettes that get too hot and melt, or get scratched and ruined, and I can put it in my purse and take it with me anywhere I go since I can also pop it out and play it in an mp3 player. Cool eh?
