This is for Grand Rapids Lettuce Seeds. There are more seeds in the packet than I can possible use. This is for 150+ mcg of seeds.

May I ask what 150 mcg of seeds and is this like leaf lettuce?

mcg is a unit of measurement, it stands for micro grams. Because the seeds are so light, this is the best way to measure them. Yes this is leaf lettuce, the picture is of actual lettuce that the seeds grow. It doesn't grow in a head like Iceburg does, but you can individually pick off the leaves from the plant as you want to use them.

It doesn't sound like much, but it's about 75-100 seeds.
