Had this Xbox for awhile and the tray gets stuck sometimes and the games work when they want to.the system can be repaired.

All you need to do is do some adjusting to the track. And clean the laser for the discs to work better. And I'm sure by listia rules if this was a scam you wouldn't have your account any longer .. And don't know why everyone has to worry because if things don't to right there's s thing called FILING A DISPUTE for refund of their credits. But good luck Dude. F&W.

So basically to answer everyone questions.

1.) What does it come with - Xbox System + Cords + Controller
2.) Does it work - Yes, But has MINOR problems IE Disk drive / Reading games
3.) Does it come with a power brick - See question 1.
4.) Shipping include tracking - Yes.
5.) How much memory is it - Halo HDD which means its a 20GB Storage Capacity.
6.) What version of the 360 is it - Elite it looks like (old black bulky model)

Think that covers all the questions lol. As far as being a scam.....Only the Winner will find out. Worst comes to worst....file a claim...no biggie.
