This is a beautiful blue silvery necklace/scarf. It is one of those scarfves that really dresses up your plain outfit .It is about 30 inches long and you cn tie it , or just drape it over your neck. it is open at on end . It will keep your neck warm but not meant to be a winter scarf , but more of an acessory.The picutres show pretty much the real color I am sorry I will h ave to chearge shipping . I spent over $40 last month in shipping fees for free shipping. My poor little SS cant handle that.
