This is an Atkins "Carb Counter and Acceptable Foods List" 64 page booklet on how to watch your carbs, what foods are good and what foods you should avoid and helps you plan your meals to help you lose weight. I used it and so far I've seen pretty good results with mild exercises! The winner will also recieve 2 Atkins food coupons and a "Quick Start Guide"...
