I think the sapphire is lab created. That is what it said in the description when I bought it. That is all I know about the necklace

The ring that is included is a lab created sapphire ring with cz stones beside it. Size 8 ring. You can see the ring starting in picture 10. No stamps that I see. I thought the ring had one when I got it off here, but I don't think it does. When I bought the necklace, I got 2 of them, and mine hasn't turned on me. I am considering adding in a solid silver chain that the pendant could be put on

Yes. You get the necklace with the pendant and the ring. No matter what it goes for, you get both. Gin was set at a rate which covers what I paid for all of it and listia' s fee. I would like to receive gin or at least close to it.
