-Following up to my last rule, if you don't pay your shipping fee on an item that requires shipping, you will NOT get a refund. Listia doesn't require me to give one if my auction clearly states it has one. And the mods will not refund you either.

-No refunds/buyers remorse. Unless I feel an absolute need to give one.

-Payments I accept for shipping: Check or Concealed Cash sent in a certified mail envelope, or a manilla shipping envelope with a tracking number. I was taking PayPal, but I am now no longer able to because I am unable to verify my account. I am sorry for the inconvenience.:(
