This ring is gorgeous, it is marked 10kt, though I do not think it is real because of the slight wear on the band. The stone is purple and I do not know the quality of the stone, in pictures it looks to be sapphire blue but it's not blue it's purple.there are 4 smaller stones on each side possibly CZ. there are 2 hearts on each side of the band under the stone as seen in picture. I am size 7 on my ring finger and it is loose it fit's my middle finger which I think is an 8.5 - 9. I will try to find a way to size it to let you know what size it is and post it in the comments.
