Okay! So, when I found out I was pregos I freaked out about my belly ring. I remember a friend of mine had hers close up cause she had to take her belly ring out.

Well, fear not my friend. The maternity belly bar is here. I used one when I was pregnant and they are fantastic.

They are made of plastic so you cut them down to the size you need as your belly grows. I used the white one which is not pictured since it is used. The 5 on this auction are brand new in the package.

This auction is for 1 maternity belly bar. Highest bidder picks the color.

Colors to choose from are:

yellow
red
pink (perfect if you know you're having a girl)
blue (ditto for boy)
black (if you're having a goth baby. =D JK)

they all have a white swirl through them.

The length is almost 1 1/2" exposed bar. That's not including the balls on each end. I'm not a piercer or avid buyer of body jewelry so I'm not sure on the gauge. I also can't remember from when I bought them.

This is a great auction!! I had mine pierced; but alas mine got ripped out of my belly button when I was pregnant. ( I was againt the kitchen counter and it got hooked and tore half way--can you say dang from heck!!!!) Any way I had to remove it. You girls keep up the great job of wearing yours and be carefull around the counters ok!!! I fanned you!!! @}---

I didn't even know thay existed until I was pregnant. Thank goodness. They work awesome and you don't even need to take it out when you are delivering. No metal. I wore mine giving birth.

Yes they do make them, but in the medical feild, i know about pregnacy. Yes you can have your belly pierced but it can cause problems with your child such as lack of food to them, making the plantia on the bottom of your stomach which can cause once again not food to the baby.... i would highly say not to have it pierced.... its so easy to re pierced it when u have the baby...

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. My belly button being pierced had nothing to do with my pregnancy nor did it affect my child. It's only my skin and nothing internal. I really think my MID-WIFE and DOCTOR would have said something if it did. Super glad you know about pregnancy but maybe you should learn a little about piercings. WOW!

Oh man!!! I wish I had known about these when I was pregnant! I had to take mine out. Now my belly button's all wrinkly with stretch marks anyways so I wouldn't go around showing it off anyhow, but still! I would have liked to keep my belly ring.
