Lovely new blue picture frame. Would make a wonderful gift. It has a stand on the back so it can sit on a dresser or shelf or be hung on a wall. The teapots & cups are sculpted in clay and are amazingly detailed ( close up in 2nd pic) & hand painted. Holds a 3x5 pic.Asking for $ 3 towards shipping and I will pay the remainder.If GIN is used I will ship for free. Thanks & happy holidays!
