and the model is 40201 rev b-210 if you want to look it up
i did but still didnt fully understand what it dose ,one end has usb plug and it has cable hookup with vid in and vid out and audio thats the best i can describe it

ya for those of u who dont know what to do with it -- you can turn that old computer u got stored away like win xp 2000 - and make u a tv out of it -- bring it back to life -- make u a nice tv from that old computer in the basement and close u stored away years ago - ive made them work on win 7 and 8 - drivers my friend is what makes software work
