This is Caspar Babypants, the group headed up by Chris Ballew from "The Presidents of the United States of America". The music is for both children and adults, and will have you singing along. Caspar Babypants performs all over Washington State, and does free concerts in the park. This particular CD was autographed personally by Chris Ballew at one of his free concerts where I live, and was given to me as a birthday gift.
